To update your City of Huntsville tax account information, including closing your business, complete the Change Tax Account form. To notify the Department of:
Change in mailing address
Change in tax account status
Change in tax return filing frequency
DO NOT use this form if you are reporting:
Change in Legal Business Name
Change in Ownership
Change in Huntsville Location Address
