A Special Session of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. on the seventh floor of the City Administration building located at 308 Fountain Circle in Huntsville, Alabama to consider the following:

1. Resolution authorizing the settlement of that certain lawsuit styled Rickey lee Sheurerman v. City of Huntsville, et al.,Case No. CV-05-S-843-NE, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

2. Introduction of an ordinance regulating the use of handheld devices in motor vehicles. (Watson)
