AGENDA FOR THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION

TO BE HELD MONDAY,  APRIL 14, 2008, 5:00 P.M.

IN THE 7TH  FLOOR CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM

OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING

 

 

A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama, shall be held at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2008 in the 7th floor conference of the City Council, located at 308 Fountain Circle in Huntsville, Alabama, for consideration of the following items:

 

  1. Ordinance concerning the annexation of land lying south of Huntsville Browns Ferry Road, east and west of Mooresville Road, and east of Interstate 65.

 

  1. Ordinance concerning the annexation of land lying on the east and west sides of Mooresville Road  and the south side of Huntsville Brown’s Ferry Road.  

 

  1. Any other business to come before the City Council.
