Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Forward Purchase Contract with Morgan Keagan & Company, Inc. and Joe Jolly & Company, Inc., subject to ratification thereof by the City Council following execution of the Contract, related to the possible refunding of General Obligation Warrants Series 1995-A/B in the total amount of $83,610,000, which is expected to occur between November 5, 2004 and February 1, 2008.
